About us

MANS is a non-governmental organization that supports the development of a healthy, secure and active civil society in Montenegro.

We do this by using a participatory approach - promoting NGO networks and coalitions, active citizenship, and effective advocacy; building partnerships with government and public institutions, researching, analyzing and sharing information; and providing capacity-building services.

In doing this, we hold these values: impartiality, transparency, accountability, and openness.

For other net participants we can offer expert guidance through trained staff, give an expert opinion, deliver a lecture, procure expert information and establish new contacts in the following field: corruption, free access to information, citizens participation.
