Navodaya Foundation offers foreign languages and information technology (computer training) for youth in its vocational training center. The foundation is working on poverty elevation for women and youth, through micro finance projects.

Its mission is the implementation of human rights, legal aid and vocational training for pre school teachers and nurses.

For volunteers from foreign countries it organizes education, cultural-social programs and eco tourism. When volunteers come to Srilanka, they have to work 5 days per week and 5 hours per day. They can teach English or IT in its training center and if they like to work in any other field, it can organize programs according to their requirement.

For other net participants we can offer overnight facilities. Further we can offer an expert guidance through trained staff, procure expert information and establish new contacts in the following field: volunteer or youth exchange program. We can organise eco tourism.
