About us

Saibaan Development Organization (SAIBAAN) is a non-profit humanitarian and development organization working for betterment of marginalized communities since its inception in 1999.

Saiban focuses on peace, capacity building of grassroots institutions, empowerment of women and human rights.

Saiban is working to build peace in the community through strengthening public-private partnerships in the region, raising awareness about the importance of peace, holding dialogue among stakeholders, sensitising media on the importance of peace, and involving young people in peacebuilding initiatives.

• Human and Institutional Development Center is a separate newly established section in the setup of SAIBAAN. Main objective of this section is to build the capacities of development practitioners as well as grass root level institution on different issues.

Sahibzada Jawad Alfaizi is the Chief Executive Officer of Saibaan Development Organization (SAIBAAN).

For other net participants we can offer an expert guidance through trained staff, give an expert opinion, procure expert information and establish new contacts in the field of our work.
