About us

The Amauta International is an international organization working throughout Latin America and the Caribbean to train and mentor facilitators and leaders of collaborative, sustainable social and organizational change. Whether your organization is seeking to meet a particular challenge, initiate a change process or improve its general ability to continually learn and improve, your own people are your key resource to facilitate the process and the Amauta International can help them unlock their potential. Amauta trains and mentors facilitators and executive teams that want to create and support the processes with which groups, organizations and communities can define and achieve their goals and realize their dreams. Group mentorship, as Amauta has developed it, is an ongoing, facilitative accompaniment of an organizational or community team that wants to increase its effectiveness and facilitation skills through a dynamic and integral process of group, personal and professional development.

Amauta International can help your organization or community to prepare its own leaders and internal facilitators with the necessary competencies for effective intervention in:

- change management
- team building
- crisis intervention
- organizational cultural transformation
- community building
- conflict resolution
- strategic planning
- competency development.

Dr. Gilbert Brenson-Lazan is the director of Amauta International. He is Social Psychologist, has pioneered professional facilitation in Latin America, is author of 28 books, founder of the Neo-Humanist Foundation, former Vice-Chair International of the IAF and current President of the Global Facilitator Service Corps.

For other net participants we can offer overnight facilities. Also we can offer an expert guidance through trained staff, give an expert opinion, deliver a lecture, procure an expert information and establish new contacts in the following field: change management, crisis and disaster intervention.
