Über uns

The Federation of Youth Clubs of Armenia (FYCA) was founded on 10th of November, 1999 by uniting several youth clubs, which had a 7-8 year history. The supreme leading organ of FYCA is the General Assembly convened once two year and elected delegates from FYCA clubs take part. The current leading organ is the Presidium and executive organ is the Secretariat assigned by the Board. More than 60 regional and professional-oriented clubs from all over Armenia are united in FYCA.

FYCA is a member of "Peace coalition", National Youth Council of Armenia, European Confederation of Youth Clubs.

FYCA's aims are:

- advocating the benefits of open youth work,
- organizing seminars,
- joint training of youth workers and programs of youth exchange,
- encouragement of active involvement of young people in their community,
- promotion of youth work in the region, development of youth information, counselling and research centres,
- promotion of peace in the region.

For other net participants we can offer overnight facilities. Also we can give an expert guidance through trained staff, give an expert opinion, deliver a lecture, procure an expert information and establish new contacts in the field of our work.
