Unite and save the African children (USTAC) is a community based organization (CBO) founded in 2003 by the youth and elders of Seeta Mukono district with the purpose of finding a way to cure or reduce hunger, poverty, illiteracy, malnutrition or any other problem tat lie in the same category.
USTAC was founded by the youths and elders of Mukono district with the aim of reducing poverty through promoting child education, skills training, agriculture among others.
This is to be done through implementing the following activities but not limited to:
• Income generating activities i.e access of improved exotic animals to the vulnerable people.
• Skills training
• Health care
• Orphan care
• Emergency relief
• Provision of safe clean drinking water and sanitation, and many others.
Health care program: malaria prevention through distribution of long lasting treated mosquito nets benefited over 329 children less than 15years and the pregnant mothers including the vulnerable community members. This reduced malaria cases hence improving on the health standards of the people in the community.
Mulumba Abdulkarim is the Director of Unite and save the African children (USTAC).
For other net participants we can offer an expert guidance through trained staff, give an expert opinion, procure expert information and establish new contacts in the field of our work.
