About us

Foundation for Sustainability Science in Africa (FAST) is a nonprofit research based organization, that aims to help tackle some of the imminent challenges facing Africa – especially those related to Climate change, food security, nutrition, biodiversity conservation, urban sustainability, resource management, equality (gender balance), governance,etc




Activities:

• Engage in capacity building (skill development) for women, young people and local communities
• We carry out demonstration programmes to the rural areas on how to produce biofuels without deforestation and also to engage in climate smart farming

We purse the attainment of SDGs using available technologies; innovations/partnership for
SDGs
We focus on:

 Clean and Renewable energy technologies
 Co-creation, innovation; innovation systems
 Climate change adaptation and mitigation

For other net participants we can offer an expert guidance through trained staff, give an expert opinion, procure expert information and establish new contacts in the field of our work.
