Sobre nosotros

We are a free-of-charge shop and the name says it all. Our project "Luftschloss e.V." has been operating a free shop since 2012. There, people can hand in anything from the areas of household, fashion and toys, for free. We display these things in our shop and visitors can also take them away free of charge if they like them.
Our goal is that things are used for longer, thus conserving valuable resources. Also, it should make people happy. It's about sustainable, environmentally friendly alternatives to the throwaway society and consumerism.
What can I give away?
We accept things that are no longer needed. We help with anonymous gifts! However, so that things don't get out of hand and our store isn’t overloaded, we ask that you only give away things that meet certain guidelines.
Things must be...
• functional (e.g. no defective electrical devices, not even for hobbyists!)...
• clean…
• and in normal household quantities.
Due to lack of space we can NOT take FURNITURE and oversized items (eg washing machines). In general, we cannot accept anything that no longer fits in the shop.

Project bike
We are a small group of volunteers who run a free bicycle workshop on the premises of the free shop once a week on Thursdays. We also guide the owners of the bikes, so that they are able to repair them themselves.
Helping hands are always welcome.

On request we can provide advice for other network participants, give a presentation, and provide up-to-date specialist information and contacts in the field of our work.
