We run five programs.
• Circles of Healing: We do it in enclosed places like prison where we offer psychosocial support to women inmates and also in children's homes.
• Community engagement: Where we meet communities through public participation, Barazas.
• Walk to a healthy Mind: Where we do short walks for mental health sensitization. Encouraging the power of speaking out.
• Weka Lock Tuliza Stress: Swahili words meaning to reduce stress we have to avoid by locking our privacy. This is for young people or teenagers discouraging early sexual relationship that may lead to early teenage pregnancy, early marriages and sexual transmitted diseases among others.
• Food for Stress Relief: We do vegetable planting for economic empowerment especially to survivors of Gender Based Violence(GBV).
