About us
Dogs in Rehabilitation Foundation (RID Foundation) is a welfare foundation which is working for the welfare of the dogs and cats. Dogs in Rehabilitation Foundation was founded in October 13,2020. The purpose of the establishment of RID was to secure the stray dogs and cats. On November 10,2020 when the Covid 19 was on fire, RID Foundation was one organization which was working for the welfare of stray dogs. RID’s first priority is for dogs, because the country in which RID is operating is fertile with stray dog. In country Pakistan there are more dogs than cats.
Mission of RID
• To give power of raising voice to those voiceless creatures.
• To fight against those who dishonored them.
• To give shelter to them.
• To establish shelter homes for them.
• To give them security against heartless and ignorant persons.
Vision of RID
• To make the Pakistan one of the most secure place for the stray dogs and cats.
• To establish world biggest and international shelter homes for the stray dogs and cats.
Activities:
• RID provided food and shelter to the stray dogs without any foreign and local donations, and till today we are on our mission and vision.
• We find homes for rescued stray dogs and cats that are up for adoption.
• We advocate humane stray dog management, legislation for animal welfare laws and work towards increasing compassion towards all sentient beings.
For other net participants we can offer an expert guidance through trained staff, give an expert opinion, procure expert information and establish new contacts in the field of our work.
