About us

GREEN PALM FOUNDATION is a community based organization ,constantly undertaking community development projects. Maintaining positive and realistic expectations in different cultures by using sense of humor and good nature when met with diversity. GREEN PALM FOUNDATION is devoted to fighting for children s' rights, gender equality and equity as well as female genital mutilation ( F.G.M )

Vision:
• To promote the welfare of children and youth at home, school, community, and places of worship.
• To enforce the laws that advocate for the care and protection of children and youth.
• To bring in closer relations between the child's home and their school, to ensure parents and teachers cooperate intelligently in the education of children and youth.
• To develop a good relationship between educators and the general public.Such united efforts will secure the highest advantage for all children and youth in their physical, mental, social and spiritual education.

Mission:
To help save the lives and nurture the growth of the world`s most vulnerable young children by providing urgent needs, food, medicine, child care and other vital necessities, that ensure children`s survival and facilitate physical, social, emotional and cognitive growth.

Programs include:
• Mentor ship aimed at helping children and youth with their education,
• Social skills to empower the youth on hands on skills ,
• Sex education aimed at reducing teen pregnancy as well as
• Community-based activities, and
• Projects lasting one year or more where more frequently found to be effective.

GREEN PALM FOUNDATION, is devoted to serve the public by providing a wide range of services to improve the quality of life of individuals and communities. We are often heavily staffed with volunteers or temporary workers with diverse skill sets, who are strongly motivated by humanity.

Hajjiy J Skazo is the Founder and Director and Kirui Johackim is the Chairman and the Team Leader of the GREEN PALM FOUNDATION.

For other net participants we can offer an expert guidance through trained staff, give an expert opinion, procure expert information and establish new contacts in the field of our work.
