Sobre nosotros

We Volunteer Nepal (WVN) are a non-profit, non-religious, non-political, non-government organization who links international volunteers abroad with Nepali people. We wish to enrich and improve the lives of both the local people and volunteers by providing new and memorable adventures and experiences. We are working for many different placement and placement are based in Community.

Our mission is to create and develop a range of dynamic opportunities that would best benefit each volunteer as well as addressing the needs of Nepalese communities. And to empower marginalized communities through enhanced education, health and income generation under women empowerment, children development, youth empowerment and public health programs with special focus on women and children by conducting training and research, developing basic infrastructure, mobilizing skilled local and international volunteer to promote equality, economic well being and basic human right.

Our projects include working in an orphanage, teaching English, teach to Buddhist monks, and other subjects to kid’s medical and health care internships, women empowerment programs, wildlife conservation projects, environment and conservation program and also journalism internship.

Our projects
• WVN-Nepal Environmental Program: We Volunteer Nepal Keeps running a program of activities which harness tourism to develop localcommunities in a positives way.
• Environmental awareness project: Environmental awareness project will be defined by the individual volunteers based upon their areas of expertise and the needs of the village community. Example projects include: creating “green” clubs, planting a flower garden, planting trees, garbage management, recycling program, making a smokeless stove, building a toilet pit etc. volunteers may also provide assistance to youth clubs or women’s group in the community sharing their ideas, skills and knowledge about environmental issues.
• Chepang Socity Orphange: The Chepang society orphanage runs on donations. It isn’t involved in any income generating activities and gets no help from the government. Donations to the Chepang orphanage come mostly from abroad and volunteers working in the orphanage.
• Primary School, Sultana: Due to the flooding the school was completely ruined in 2004. It was hard to manage children’s educating in that area. We Volunteer Nepal noticed that and managed the resources to construct new building to support those children now the children are very happy. We Volunteer Nepal looking for volunteer who teach to teacher for how to teach children and how to be kind with children. We Volunteer Nepal works several school with different city in Nepal.

Bhagawan Chaudhary is the Program Manager at We Volunteer Nepal (WVN).

For other net participants we can offer an expert guidance through trained staff, give an expert opinion, procure expert information and establish new contacts in the field of our work.
