New Hope New Winners Foundation (NHNWF) was founded to join the Government and other stakeholders’ efforts in reducing violence against children and emphasize on family and community-based care by believing that our children and youths are the new hopes and new winners of our society.

NHNWF challenge spoon-feeding. Instead, NHNWF rescues children and youths from social risks in streets and homes and connects them to public and institution. NHNWF believes that the best environment for a child and dependent youths is in a family. That is where begin offering positive parenting coaching to children and youth families, communities and eventually local structures that with reasonable material, financial or in-kind support can be committed to offer best services for children and youths.

To relieve the sufferings of vulnerable children, youth and their families in needy areas, and
ensuring them full development through promotion and protection of their rights.

A country where children and youth have a prosperous life full of new hope and are change
agents in their respective communities.

Overall Goal
To reduce violence against children and youth in Tanzania and improve their wellbeing

Objectives
• To support communities to deliver effective services to children and their families who have become marginalized, disadvantaged and underprivileged in the society through promoting positive parenting, child relationships and reduce violent on parenting practices (Family and community based support).
• To promote employability skills to young boys and girls and help them set up small businesses and improve their livelihoods.
• To strengthen Management, Operational and Financial Capacity of NHNWF for effective implementation of its program activities.
• Increase Resources Mobilization in ameliorate service delivery in organization projects in ensuring funds for administration and project coordination.

Our services/works
• Guidance& Counseling: It gives back children and youths confidence to life allowing them to opt for training and focus for their upcoming future.
• Employability Skills Training (WithHer Project): Equips youths with employability skills training that are necessary for self-reliance in preparing them to be more professional and marketable.
• Tailoring Training (WithHer Project): NHNWF provide 6 months tailoring training to young girls who experience life difficulties, domestic workers and teenage mothers.
• Mentoring and Coaching: We prepare girls to be good leaders of today and tomorrow as well as giving them skills to become trainers after their graduation.
• Educate, Support and Rehabilitate Children: NHNWF promote and protect children Rights with its campaign of LIFT ME UP, raising children voices to discuss their issues about their lives in order to give them a more prosperous future.

Scholastica Pembe is the Founder and the Executive Director of the New Hope New Winner Foundation (NHNWF).

For other net participants we can offer an expert guidance through trained staff, give an expert opinion, procure expert information and establish new contacts in the field of our work.
