Sobre nosotros

The relief organization Casa Girasol was founded in Switzerland and Honduras in 2006 and is recognized as a charitable organization.

Our mission:
Practical love for the poorest of Honduran society - street children, garbage dump children and children in children's Homes.
We look after the poorest children and young people in the various aid projects "Children's Programs", "Children's Home" and "Camp Weeks".

Our Christian Children's Relief Team works daily with children on the streets, in orphanages, in poor villages and on the waste dump of Tegucigalpa, Honduras.

Our goal: to change the lives of children, to help them practically and to pass on the love of God.

Projects:
• Rubbish dump children: Weekly visit to the children and adults living on the Tegucigalpa dump. Distribution of healthy meals and donation of goods.
• Children's home: a home and training for 47 street boys
• Camps for street children: Weekends and Camp Weeks for children from different orphanages.
• Children's programs: Children's afternoons for children in poor homes and villages.
• Conservation: Planting 100,000 new trees in Honduras to protect the environment.
• Short-term assignments: Missionary briefings and work camps in Central America for volunteers from German-speaking countries.
Alexander Blum is the founder and director of the aid organization Casa Girasol.

On request we can offer other net participants advice, give a presentation, and provide up-to-date information and contacts in the field of our work.
