Mindset Change International Ministries Limited is a Christian organization formed by the natives of the Teso land based in Ngora district, Uganda.
The organization recognizes spiritual and social economic needs of the people and families in Teso sub region and is desirous to make a positive change in the lives of the people in the communities.
We wish to work for the betterment of the disadvantages children, their families and communities by handling their spiritual needs and economic problems to raise their overall health and living conditions for holistic transformation. The main purpose is to help these little ones explore their hidden potentials for self reliance. Mindset Change International Ministries Limited’s targets are geared toward an opportunity to address the problems faced by orphans including neglected and less fortune children and children living with HIV/AIDs in Teso sub region.

• To provide holistic services to the children, their families and the communities.
• A healthy God fearing community living self-supporting and sustainable lives.

Mission statement
Promoting the welfare of children by mobilizing resources for addressing the challenges facing orphans and enable them realize their potential through promoting programmes on education, health care, social security and moral support.

Goal:
Empowering children through provision of holistic services to become productive citizens and adults who are healthy, intellectually sound and self-reliant and sustainable in the community.

Objective:
To provide basic needs; education, health care, social security, moral support,love and affection to the orphans, neglected, traumatized and less fortune children. In Teso sub region.

Aims:
• To promote child (orphans) education /development
• To foster child rights promotion and advocacy
• To alleviate the absolute poverty of the poorest
• To promote spiritual revival, better health and development in families/ communities.

Strategies:
• To mobilize and sensitize the community and the local leaders to embrace the program and fully participate for the advancement of the rights and welfare of the child.
• To get committed donors with a passion for the betterment of the lives of the African child to donate funds and materials that will enable the program to run smoothly.
• Comprehensive monitoring and evaluation system will be put in place to monitor and evaluate project achievements.
• To raise income through income generating activates and local and foreign source in order to sustain the program.
• To engage awareness and education, lobbying and advocacy program for the advancement of the rights and welfare of the child.
