About us

The JUMP! Foundation, established in 2006, is a non-profit social enterprise that uses experiential education to advance a world in which individuals, community leaders, and global citizens realize their passions and potential.
JUMP! works to inspire, empower, and engage individuals in leadership development, community building, and global citizenship education.
Today, JUMP! has a strong network of facilitators, partners, and advisors across the globe. We are a collaborative platform for participants to come together to challenge themselves, inspire one another, and affect change in their surroundings. JUMP! has delivered programs in Europe, Asia, Africa, and North America. We have utilized the outdoors, cityscapes, and other environments to engage and challenge participants. Our activities provoke reflection, dialogue and everyday application by encouraging individual resilience and broadened horizons

Mission:
• Inspire youth through experiential education
• Empower youth to be passionate community leaders
• Engage youth in personal community and global development projects

We do this by developing, designing, and running purposeful experiential education programs. A program is a learning experience, either in a traditional building or outside in the world. We develop 3 types of programs at JUMP!:
• JUMP! Schools: JUMP! Foundation creates interactive, empowering learning experiences using activities that focus on personal growth, community building and leadership. We inspire individuals to be actively engaged community members and global citizens. Every program we develop is rooted in experiential education — meaning “learning by doing or learning from experience ” — and are custom designed according to the needs of your school and the program participants. Programs utilizing personal development, community building, and global citizenship methods to enhance learning on a campus.
• JUMP! Experiences: JUMP! Foundation creates interactive, empowering learning experiences using activities that focus on personal growth, community building, leadership and global citizenship.
• JUMP! Impact: We are a non-profit social enterprise that links youth from underserved communities with international resources.
