About us

The network RESEAUX-ESPERANCE consists of persons who - in view of the problems which are the consequences of the modern world - are looking for solutions and in doing so they follow the practical lesson of Gandhi (satyagraha, power of truth). These networks are test areas for "mutation" which have the following indispensable bases:

- to look for a common dimension in every form of life,
- the destiny of every human being lies in the responsibility of all,
- non-violence in thinking, talking and acting, even if a matter of disputes is concerned,
- respect for nature, refusal of a technical progress which became out of control,
- consideration for people who are exposed most, striving for a simplification of the way of life and desired poverty,
- striving for a deep-reaching inner openness for more than every individual existence, this means openness for transcendency (without this openness, any other development which is built on only the other bases suffocated sooner or later).

The objective of these networks is the reciprocal exchange and encouragement to resist in all aspects of life (health, education, production and distribution of goods, social work, defence, spirituality ?) and to introduce alternatives.

The magazine RESEAUX-ESPERANCE appears quarterly. Its objective is to make known diverse initiatives and exploration of new ways of life and to connect them with each other.

I can communicate specialized information and arrange for contacts to persons who are committed in eco-social policy and also activities in the French-speaking area.
