About us
Sorgen-Tagebuch e.V. is a registered non-profit association founded in 2015, dedicated to providing people in difficult living situations with a free and anonymous point of contact.
Our work:
We want to help these people in their difficult situations and have an open ear for them. This applies especially to those who have no one to whom they can communicate their problems and concerns or who do not dare to ask for help. In order to fulfill this purpose, we have a dedicated team of volunteers available who will answer the many journal entries / submissions of our users.
As an association, we always endeavour to improve and promote this work through projects and further education. The point of contact we want to offer is our website, which was developed especially for this project and will continue to be optimized. Through this platform we reach several hundred people each week.
The concept and the framework conditions have been further developed in close cooperation with psychologists, psychotherapists, medical specialists and lawyers.
Project Sorgen-Tagebuch (Worry Diary):
• In the Worry Diary, people seeking help can report their worries, fears and problems anonymously and for free in the form of an online journal. The Worry Diary responds to every entry, listens, encourages, and points out new ways to take.
• 24/7 online - < 48 hours response time: The diary is available 24/7 from anywhere - an answer is usually given in less than 48 hours.
• Personal and individual answers: Each answer is written individually and personally. There are no standard texts or automatic answers.
• Low threshold: Completely free and anonymous: The offer is completely free of cost and unconditionally usable. Even the specification of an e-mail address is not required.
• High data protection and security standards: The protection of the diary entries and thus of the most personal thoughts of the users has the highest priority.
Daniel Kemen and Elisabeth Rohde are the founders of the Sorgen-Tagebuch e.V. (Worry Diary) and on the Committee.
On request we can offer other net participants advice, give a presentation, and provide up-to-date information and contacts in the field of our work.
