Vision In Action Cameroon (VIAC), registered in 2014, is a youth organization that supports and enables young people to influence change in the areas of gender, sexuality, health, education from a Human Rights approach.
VIAC is dedicated to empowering adolescent girls and young women, sexual minorities, and other disadvantaged persons through information and skills training, advocacy, creative activism, research and development to make informed choices, grow into self-actualized persons capable of contributing towards a better society.

Our vision is to improve sexual and reproductive health rights for adolescent girls and young women in Cameroon through a cohesive program of empowerment, advocacy, creative activism, research and development.

Our mission is a community in which reproductive and health rights are recognised for all.

Our goal is to improve knowledge and understanding of sexual reproductive health and Rights among young people.

Our aim to empower young people with the knowledge and skills on reproductive health and rights to enhance their health rewarding behaviours as well as safety.

Our work
The organization promotes, protects and advances young people’s human rights, by building leadership, and strengthening youth led initiatives and activities. Founded in July 2007 as a youth club, VIAC has worked directly with over 200 (local) and 18 (international) interns/volunteers young people to set up over 40 community actions in Cameroon over the last 4 years, reaching out to 130,000 adolescents (13 to 18 years of age) and 19,253 young person between 15-24 years of age.

Our activities:
• Education (Sexual Health etc.)
• Human rights (Safe Abortion, GBV, SGBV)
• Development (SDG, Volunteerism, participation and Mentorship)
• Life Skills for both in and out school adolescent and dropouts.

For other net participants we can offer an expert guidance through trained staff, give an expert opinion, procure expert information and establish new contacts in the field of our work.
