Über uns
The Zambian International Health Allinace -ZIHA is a Health advocacy and Educational nonprofit organization established by Zambian professionals and legally organized, in good standing and incorporated under the laws of the United States of America. The Zambian International Health Alliance is a Member & Partner of the Global Health Alliance (The Alliance) was created in 2006 as a common platform for action. The Alliance is a partnership of national governments, civil society, international agencies, finance institutions, researchers, educators and professional association dedicated to identifying, implementing and advocating for solutions
Our aim as an organization is to scale-up the healthcare programs by setting up a number of projects in rural Zambia and other parts of Africa , with an objective to improve survival rates and quality of the life of school going children and people living with HIV/AIDs, Malaria, TB and other infectious diseases.
The Zambian International Health Alliance -ZIHA mission is to promote Zambia's Cross -Cultural understanding through education, reconciliation and Peace by working together as a people seeking for developmental solutions that can make a better life for all!
Focus of activity:
• Health/Awareness raising/Education,
• Anti-Political Violence,
• Promoting Cross-Cultural understanding,
• Project Development.
The main activities include:
• Establishment and strengthening of groups for economic,
• Peace and self-help training;
• Psychosocial support;
• Public engagement;
• Advocacy and networking.
In brief the activities are summarised under service delivery, empowerment and advocacy for peace towards the coming 2011 general elections and understanding now and beyond.

• Nationwide Electoral Conflicts and Political Violence Prevention Programme
Oliver Mupila is the President & CEO of the Zambian International Health Alliance –ZIHA.
For other net participants we can offer an expert guidance through trained staff, give an expert opinion, procure expert information and establish new contacts in the field of our work.
