About us
The non profit making organisation KlimAktiv was founded in 2008 with the aim of supporting environment and climate protection.
KlimAktiv dedicates itself altruistically to protecting the environment by:
• offering independent and neutral advice on climate protection
• developing and distributing software tools which enable the user to access independent and unbiased information about environmental protection
• circulating general information on climate and environment protection
• carrying out compensatory measures which are to the benefit of climate protection
We see our job as increasing awareness of active climate protection, and that means for everyone. Climate protection is our programme.
The proficient team of KlimAktiv supplies:
• companies and public establishments with their carbon footprint.
• alongside the standard CO2 calculator in Germany many further software tools that increase consciousness among young and old.
• support for campaigns in the area of climate protection.
