Verde Campo Youth Foundation Limited, operating as Greenfield Youth Foundation, is a Christ-centered, youth-focused non-profit organization based in Ndola, Zambia. Founded in 2019 by Miss Jochebed Hannah Mukanda, with Mrs. Ruth Mukanda serving as Co‑Founder, the organization is dedicated to empowering vulnerable children and young people through education, sports, mentorship, discipleship, ICT training, and community development initiatives. Greenfield works primarily in underserved communities where children and youth face challenges related to poverty, limited educational opportunities, and social exclusion. Through holistic programs, the organization seeks to nurture academic excellence, leadership, character development, faith, and practical life skills.

To change communities through education, sport, agriculture, mentoring, and discipleship, by providing platforms that enable youth to identify, develop, and showcase their talents, and to realize their full potential.
Mission
To change communities by identifying talent, teaching, coaching, discipling, and exposing youth talent, empowering young people to grow in skill, character, discipline, and opportunity.
Program areas
• Sports development: The Foundation runs structured football development programs aimed at talent identification, discipline, teamwork, and personal growth. Activities include football academies and age-group teams; participation in the FAZ Division Three League (Senior Team) and the FAZ Developmental League (Youth Teams); and exposure through local and international scouting tournaments and trials.
• Education and Scholarships: Education is a core pillar of the Foundation’s work. Programs include university scholarships, support for school-going children with uniforms, books, and stationery, assistance for learners returning to school, support for examination rewrites, and academic mentorship and career guidance.
• Mentorship and Discipleship: All beneficiaries participate in structured mentorship and discipleship programs which focus on leadership development, character formation, counseling, faith-based teaching, and life skills. Discipleship sessions are conducted three days per week and emphasize discipline, responsibility, identity, and purpose.
• Sustainability and Community Development: To ensure long-term impact and reduce donor dependency, the Foundation develops income-generating initiatives including agriculture and farming projects, a student boarding house, and transport and delivery services.
Miss Jochebed Hannah Mukanda is the Founder and Director of Verde Campo Youth Foundation Limited, operating as Greenfield Youth Foundation. Mrs. Ruth Mukanda serves as Co‑Founder of the organization.
