Qui sommes-nous
The Eritrean Blue Community-Germany e.V. is a non-profit and non-partisan organization founded in 2023 that is committed to promoting and supporting the Eritrean community in Germany. Its goal is to promote cultural, social, political, and integrative activities in order to improve the quality of life of its members and facilitate their integration into German society. This includes, in particular, migrants and refugees of all ages.
Who we are: We are a dedicated group of Eritrean migrants, refugees, and their supporters who work together to form a strong community. Our main tasks include organizing cultural events, providing support on integration issues, political awareness and education, and promoting mutual understanding between cultures. We are very interested in networking at the international level and collaborating with other organizations.
Purpose:
Our purpose is to preserve Eritrean culture and tradition while promoting the integration of our members into German society. We offer various programs and services aimed at improving the social, cultural, economic, and political participation of our members.
Our stance
The organization condemns the military regime in Eritrea and takes a clear stand against the atrocities and terror perpetrated by the regime. It calls for an end to these crimes and advocates for human rights and democratic change. Interested parties are welcome to get involved and support the organization in the joint fight for a free and just Eritrea.

• Networking meetings and exchange platforms
• Panel discussions and roundtable discussions on relevant topics
Project:
Our Exilance project – protection & empowerment for Eritrean refugees: Fleeing saves lives – but the danger remains. Eritrean refugees in Europe continue to be threatened, monitored, and silenced. With our “Exilance” project, run by Eritrean Blue Community e. V., we support them in fighting for their rights. Our “Exilance” project provides protection, hope, and a future. We stand alongside refugees who stand up for democracy and human rights. With your help, we offer:
• Legal security: Lawyers who provide support in asylum proceedings and protect those affected from repression.
• Psychosocial strength: Therapy, workshops, and self-help groups to overcome trauma.
• Digital freedom: Secure communication so that no one has to remain silent out of fear.
• Empowerment, awareness, and education: Young people become activists—for their rights and a democratic future.
Upon request, we can provide consulting services for other network participants, give presentations, and share current technical information and contacts in our field of work.
