Qui sommes-nous
Guayacán e.V. is an association founded in 2022 that promotes internationalism, tolerance, and international understanding through culture, art, literature, and music, with the primary goal of integrating the Spanish and Latin American populations in Germany.
Guayacán e.V. is a non-profit association in Germany dedicated to promoting Latin American culture and intercultural exchange. We bring the Latin American and German communities together through artistic, educational, and social activities that strengthen integration, participation, and cultural diversity.
We organize workshops on music, dance, art, and gastronomy, cultural events, educational projects, and meeting places for families and anyone who wants to learn about and share Latin American culture. We work with institutions, artists, and volunteers to create inclusive and accessible programs that promote a sense of community.
Our goal is to be a cultural bridge that makes Latin American traditions and forms of expression visible, supports the migrant community, and strengthens dialogue between different cultures. We invite everyone to get involved in our activities as a member, volunteer, partner, or participant and to continue growing together.
Events and services:
• Psychological counseling in Spanish and assistance with documents in German, such as creating a resume for job applications.
• Migrant women strong in everyday life: The MiA courses are a BAMF-sponsored project that offers newly immigrated women an introduction to everyday life in Germany. Among other things, the following topics are covered: job hunting, school enrollment, recognition of foreign qualifications, the healthcare system, social benefits, the German education system, bilingual families, and German as a foreign language.
• Open house every Monday: Do you need help with a form? With a phone call? Are you still looking for the right contact person for a specific issue? We are happy to help you or refer you to the right place. We are there for you on Mondays from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. You can find us at the MSO office Migrapolis Brüdergasse 16-18, 53111 Bonn.
