About us
The Organisation for Young Women’s Dignity (TOFYWD) is a registered non-profit organisation that aims to uplift and restore the dignity of young women in South Africa. We believe that every young woman deserves a quality of life worthy of honour and respect.

To empower young women with the skills, knowledge and resources they need in order to live a life worthy of honor and respect.
Our Aims
TOFYWD aims to contribute towards the fulfilment of SDG5, which endeavors to “Achieve gender equality and empower all women and girls by 2030”. The target is to “Eliminate all forms of violence against women and girls in the public and private spheres including trafficking, sexual and other types of exploitation.”
Our Objectives
The organisation’s main objective is to provide community service to young women between the ages of 15 to 35 years who are in and out-of-school. Our work is centred around GBVF awareness and prevention, Sexual and Reproductive Health Rights awareness and service provision, education for young women, HIV/AIDS awareness and prevention and other related social challenges faced by young women.

• GBV safety initiative through a state of the art mobile application called Eyerus
For other net participants we can offer an expert guidance through trained staff, give an expert opinion, procure expert information and establish new contacts in the field of our work.
