About us
CUBA (Congolais Unis pour Bâtir l'Avenir) or (congolese united to build the future), is a nonprofit organization, created in july 2, 2020 with the mission to assist men, children, youth, families and community development.
Our mission is to unite Congolese communities in supporting the integral development of children, youth, and families—especially the most vulnerable.
We operate primarily in Maluku District, focusing on education, social welfare, and sustainable livelihoods. Our vision: street children transformed into learners, leaders, and changemakers.
Project
Assistance for Children and Youth: Goal: Eradicate hunger, illiteracy, and hopelessness among Kinshasa’s most vulnerable children through:
• Education: Literacy classes in French, English, Lingala; school reintegration.
• Digital Literacy: Computer training for 21st-century skills.
• Nutrition & Hygiene: Daily meals, clean clothing, and hygiene support.
• Urban Farming: 3-month crop cycles (maize, peanuts) for food and income.
• Family Empowerment: Micro-grants for parents to launch small businesses.
• Community Integration: Local leaders, volunteers, and churches involved in support.
For other net participants we can offer an expert guidance through trained staff, give an expert opinion, procure expert information and establish new contacts in the field of our work.
