About us
The Zireenza Support Foundation (ZSF) is a national non-governmental organization (NGO) established on August 8, 2017. ZSF is dedicated to addressing socio-economic challenges through community-driven solutions, collaboration, and inclusive decision-making.
ZSF was created in response to the community’s desire to address the pressing socio-economic issues affecting different villages. The foundation aims to foster understanding and cooperation among residents, allowing them to share their challenges openly. Through free discussions and active participation in decision-making, the ZSF seeks to identify effective solutions to the problems faced by the community, uniting individuals under the umbrella of the organization.

• Gender/Governance: Our gender and governance initiatives focus on community development planning, increasing participation of marginalized groups, governance education, counseling, and advocacy. We also work on gender-based violence prevention and child protection.
• Socio-economic & Livelihood Development: We equip individuals with vocational and technical skills, promote financial inclusion through savings and loan groups, and support small businesses with cash transfer programs, seed grants, and entrepreneurial training.
