Keepers Zambia Foundation (KZF), established in 1996, is a social justice-focused national non-profit organisation working with underprivileged and marginalised women, children, youth, and persons with disabilities in rural and peri-urban communities across Zambia.
Vision
A Zambia where all communities are resilient, inclusive, and able to thrive sustainably.
Mission
To empower communities to achieve sustainable livelihoods and social wellbeing through responsible resource utilization, capacity building, and inclusive development.
Goal
To advance sustainable, positive change for the less privileged and marginalized people in both peri-urban and rural communities through collective actions and support.

• Climate Change & Environmental Sustainability: Focuses on resilience, adaptation, and sustainable natural resource management in vulnerable communities.
• Sustainable Livelihoods & Economic Empowerment: Strengthening household income systems, resilience to shocks, and community-based economic development.
• Water, Sanitation & Hygiene (WASH): Access to safe water, sanitation services, and hygiene practices for improved public health.
• Food Security & Climate-Smart Agriculture: Improved food systems, agricultural resilience, and nutrition under changing climate conditions.
• Community Development & Resilience Building: Building stronger, self-reliant communities through participatory development approaches.
• Governance, Advocacy & Civic Engagement: Promoting community voice, accountability, and participation in decision-making processes.
• Disaster Risk Reduction & Humanitarian Response: Preparedness, mitigation, and response to climate-related disasters such as droughts and floods.
• Natural Resource Management (NRM): Sustainable use and conservation of forests, land, and water ecosystems.
