Qui sommes-nous

Founded in 1976, De Laas Gul (DLG) is one of the leading Non-Profit Development Organizations of NWFP, Pakistan, with deep trenched and far reaching social interventions in the region. Head quartered in Peshawar, DLG is implementing a human resource development program at the grass roots level that is based on two essential requisites of social progression i.e. education and skills development. In this regard, DLG is delivering services in:

- non-formal education,
- vocational development,
- basic health and awareness of rights to target groups deprived of such opportunities and
- basic benefits.

Through its program DLG is reaching out to thousands of beneficiaries in the region, especially under privileged women and children who constitute our essential target group. The struggle against Child Labor has become a key focus of our program as a result of our mission to reach out to vulnerable groups at the grass roots and helping them work their way out of extreme poverty and abuse.

Ms. Meraj H. Khan is Educationist and Social Worker.

For other net participants we can offer expert guidance through trained staff, deliver a lecture, procure expert information and establish new contacts in the field of our work. Other supporting possibilities: Joint collaboration and activities.
