Qui sommes-nous

Subic Bay Children's Home was founded by Teddy Fulfer in 1990.

Brother Fulfer served 12 years in the US Marine Corps. While serving his country, he was stationed in the Philippines where he met his wife, Ligaya. Today they have six children. While in the Philippines Brother Fulfer was deeply troubled with the conditions he saw surrounding the US Navy Base, Subic Bay. The large number of prostitutes and young servicemen had produced a large number of illegitimate children.

Subic Bay Children's Home seeks to raise these boys and girls in the "Nurture and admonition of the Lord" by providing them with a home with a spiritual atmosphere, Christian counselling and love, and Christian surroundings.

Therefore it is not only our goal to provide a home, but to lead them to a personal faith in our Lord Jesus Christ and train them in discipleship.

For other net participants we can offer overnight facilities and establish new contacts in the field of our work.
