About us
The Karaikal Mobility Training and Rehabilitation Centre for the Blind (KMTRCB), established in 1991, is a non-governmental organization. It is rendering services to the public through its ETR programme. Education, Training and Rehabilitation are its major activities. At present KMTRCB is promoting the HIV/AIDS care and support project, the community based rehabilitation and solid waste management programme.
