The Koshish Welfare Society is a voluntary social welfare, non-governmental organization.

The organization stands for peace and development. It is working in the districts Sialkot and Narowal, in rural areas. Its mission is to help marginalized people.

Its thematic areas are:

- advocacy,
- agriculture, food production,
- children, education,
- poverty alleviation, rural development,
- women, human rights.

Arshad Baryar is the president of the Koshish Welfare Society.
