Captain Ahmed Ali Foundation (CAAF) is a non-governmental, non-profit, non-political organisation founded in 2010. CAAF provides counseling, treatment, detoxification and rehabilitation services to people affected by drugs in Pakistan. It is based with a permanent office in Quetta, Pakistan.
The mission is to restore hope, help in healing and well-being of people affected by addiction to heroin and other drugs.
• CAAF provides high quality, cost effective drug treatment, rehabilitation services ensuring that the environment, it works with is safe, supportive, drugs free and effective.
• CAAF has outdoor/indoor sports facilities including swimming, volleyball, cards, carom board, Lodu: musical activities like local dance, mini play ground where they do exercise on daily bases.
• CAAF has a medical unit under qualified medical Doctor who visits daily to check up, provide medicine, referral services. It has medical attendent who checks and follow up each cases according to the prescription of the medical Doctor and his advices.
Hameed ul Mehdi is the Executive Director of the Captain Ahmed Ali Foundation (CAAF).
