Über uns

The Sam and Jane Foundation (SJF) was established in 2016 with a mission to improve the quality of life for marginalized individuals, particularly children, the disabled, women, and socially disadvantaged groups. SJF is committed to making a positive impact through timely and effective interventions, including providing essential educational support to students, motivating and training them to excel in their studies and compete on par with their peers in mainstream schools. Additionally, the foundation strives to offer shelter and a peaceful living environment for the elderly during their later years.
One of SJF's key initiatives involves raising awareness in rural communities on fundamental aspects of life. Currently, our primary focus areas are Education, Health, Agriculture, and Environment-related projects within Guntur District, Andhra Pradesh. However, we aspire to expand our scope of activities into other sectors and regions as we receive the necessary financial support. Your contributions can help us extend our reach and impact to more districts and states, furthering our mission of uplifting disadvantaged individuals and communities.

Our vision
SJF envision a society and world where each and every one of the downtrodden, underprivileged and weaker sections of the society facing the world boldly today, tomorrow and forever enjoying equal opportunities for growth and empowerment in a balanced environment.

Our mission
To Inspire and empower people in their inabilities and strengthen the oppressed through collective action among them towards equality, opportunity for advancement, peace, harmony and to balance the nature’s depleting resources for life-sustainability.

Areas of work:
• Education and Child Welfare, Scholarships for the eligible students
• Women Development – Skills development and income generation: Skill Development Centre – Tenali
• Micro-finance for rural livelihoods
• Agriculture and natural resource management
• HIV Orphans
• Rural Health and Rural Drinking Water

Our projects:
• Project 1: Skill Development and Women Empowerment
Empowering Women: At Sam and Jane, we believe in empowering women through skill development. Our free training programs cover tailoring, embroidery, handicrafts, mushroom cultivation, and pickle making. These skills not only enhance their livelihoods but also empower them to become breadwinners and lead peaceful lives.
• Project 2: Nutrition for HIV-Infected Orphans
Nourishing Hope: In our mission to support HIV-infected orphans, we provide them with essential monthly nutritious food. This crucial assistance helps slow the progression of HIV and ensures these vulnerable children have the sustenance they need to thrive.
• Project 3: Scholarships for Eligible Students
Sukanya Valeti Scholarship Fund (SVSF) : Sam and Jane Foundation is committed to promoting education. We offer scholarships to deserving students who show merit but lack the means to afford quality education. Through this initiative, we aim to unlock their potential and create opportunities for a brighter future.

For other net participants we can offer an expert guidance through trained staff, give an expert opinion, procure expert information and establish new contacts in the field of our work.
