Kairos Youths Empowerment Initiative, founded in 2015 in Abuja, is a non political and non profit organization. Working through research, education and enlightenment towards the restoration of the total youths. Kairos Youths Empowerment Initiative is an initiative of Dr Paul Anwaosi Oyarenua. It started out of his determined efforts to combat and elevate the suffering of youths, those abused and neglected in the society.

Objectives:
• Promote positive values
• Protect the fundamental human rights of our youths and women to develop their capacity
• To increase awareness on child trafficking, sexual exploitation, peace building and HIV/AIDS prevention among children and young people in Edo State.
• To promote life skills among 1000 children and young people annually for behavioral change on trafficking, sexual exploitation, violence and HIV/AIDS.
• To provide vocational training and micro-credit facilities for victims and vulnerable children and their families.

Our work
• Awareness campaign to youths in various communities in the 18 local government areas of Edo State.
• Running basic life skills training programmes and engaging them in planning and decision making
• Counseling (to both victims and potential victims
• Indoor/outdoor sport and recreational facilities
• Health education
• Empowerment/skills acquisition training in the following disciplines: Fashion design, Information Communication Technology (ICT), Hairdressing and Cosmetology, Catering

Dr Paul Anwaosi Oyarenua is the Executive Director of Kairos Youths Empowerment Initiative.

For other net participants we can offer an expert guidance through trained staff, give an expert opinion, procure expert information and establish new contacts in the field of our work.
