Qui sommes-nous
The "Telephone Hotline Sexual Abuse" is the nationwide, free and anonymous starting point for victims of sexual violence, for relatives as well as persons from the social environment of children, for specialists and for anyone interested. It is a contact point for people who are looking for relief, counseling and support, who are worried about a child, who have a suspicion or a "funny feeling", who feel unsure and would like to ask questions about the topic.
The men and women who take the calls are psychologically and pedagogically trained and have many years of professional experience in dealing with sexual violence against girls and boys. They listen, advise, give information, and, if desired, provide assistance and support on the ground. Each call remains confidential. The protection of personal data is guaranteed at all times.

Opening times:
Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays 9am to 2pm
Tuesdays and Thursdays 3pm to 8pm
(The telephone is not manned on bank holidays or on 24th and 31st December)

The telephone service is under the auspices of the Independent Representative for Issues of Sexual Child Abuse. The calls will be taken by the staff of the expert advisory office N.I.N.A. (National Infoline, network and point of contact for sexual violence against girls and boys).
N.I.N.A. is professionally responsible for the advice hotline service.
