Sobre nosotros

The "DNR" (German circle for conservation of nature) is the nation-wide operating umbrella association of the German environment and nature conservation associations with diverse fields of action.

Political activities, such as conversations with different federal ministries and comments on the federal legislation belong to its field of actions just as its own events, world-wide study groups, project groups and public relations work.

Nature conservation is a subject which is more and more pushed into the background in connection with the economic recession, but in reality it deserves priority. Consequently, the establishment of organizations and administrations for nature conservation which are able to work and assert themselves are keypoints not only of the European work.

Some of the study groups and events are:

- international nature conservation and environmental protection
- conservation law
- traffic
- gene technology
- forum environment and development

Helmut Röscheisen (born in 1949): Important to me are meetings and the collaboration with committed people who stand up for a peaceful world without exploitation of man and nature. For almost 20 years, I have been active in the environment movement (since 1980 professionally). Essential for me was the experience in the peace groups. Apart from that, I am interested in human rights issues and the democratization of society.

We can communicate up-to-date information and arrange for contacts with specialists on the subject environmental protection and nature conservation and apart from that we offer a great number of brochures and folders in this regard.
